Green Commercial Cleaning is delighted to have been recognised for its commitment to providing the very best service to clients, having been named a finalist in the Hull Daily Mail Business Awards for 2015.
The company has been shortlisted for the ‘Customer Focus’ Award, which set out to find the leading companies across the region which have enjoyed growth and repeat business through providing fantastic customer service.
The Mail says the award will ‘showcase firms that puts customers at the heart of everything they do.”
Judges were impressed with Green Commercial Cleaning’s ability to keep clients coming back year after year, including the likes of The Deep, P&O Ferries, and KC.
“Judges said customer feedback was testament to the quality of service offered by Green Commercial Cleaning, and noted the company offered each of its customers the same level of respect, from blue chips and long established Hull firms to local schools,” the Mail reported when announcing finalists.
The judging panel were also impressed with the significant investment made into the business over the past 12 months, which included the launch of new chemical free cleaning products, and the introduction of new systems providing complete transparency over every aspect of work for clients.
James Needler, managing director of Green Commercial Cleaning, said: “We are delighted that our commitment to providing a first-class service to all of our customers has been recognised with our shortlisting for what is a prestigious event in the local business calendar.
“Obviously, to be recognised in any award category is a great achievement given the many successful businesses across the region, but we are particularly pleased to be in the final two for our dedication to looking after our customers. Every business has to get customer service right to succeed, it is the most important part of any company, so to be held up as a leading example is wonderful, and a credit to all of our staff.”
The Hull Daily Mail Business Awards 2015 will be held on Thursday, November 19 in Willerby, and will feature a talk from UK City of Culture chief executive Martin Green.
