Green Commercial Cleaning named winner of ‘Customer Focus’ prize at Hull Daily Mail Business Awards

Green Commercial Cleaning was hailed as East Yorkshire’s leading business when it comes to looking after customers and clients at a prestigious awards event last night.

The company beat off all competition from across the region to win the ‘Customer Focus Award’ at the 15thannual Hull Daily Mail Business Awards.

Managing director James Needler collected the award in front of hundreds of company leaders from across East Yorkshire, at the Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel in Willerby.

He said: “It is absolutely fantastic to win such a high-profile award in recognition of our commitment to providing the very best customer service.  

“It was great to see Green Commercial Cleaning mentioned alongside so many other successful businesses from across East Yorkshire, and to be named the leading business in the region for customer service was absolutely amazing.

“This award tells people that Green Commercial Cleaning does the most important thing in business - it looks after its customers and gives them great service. For that, I have to thank all of our staff who go about their jobs in a professional manner, each and every day. They set and maintain the high standards we continually reach.”

Judges were impressed with Green Commercial Cleaning’s ability to keep clients coming back year after year, including the likes of The Deep, P&O Ferries, ABP, and KC, saying customer feedback was testament to the quality of service offered.

The judging panel were also impressed with the significant investment made into the business over the past 12 months, which included the launch of new chemical free cleaning products, and the introduction of new systems providing complete transparency over every aspect of work for clients.

They also said the fact that all customers are afforded the same level of respect and commitment, from blue chips and long established Hull firms to local schools, demonstrated a true commitment to customer service which runs throughout the business.
