BLOG: New online service will bring greater efficiencies to our work and transparency for our clients

WITH hundreds of commercial clients to serve, our team at Green Commercial Cleaning is always looking to improve our service and product range in order to keep our many long-standing customers happy.

We are dedicated to keeping ahead of the latest developments in the industry, reflected recently with our move to introduce Aqueous Ozone, an environmentally friendly cleaning product that reduces the need for harmful cleaning chemicals.

Now, we are excited to announce a new investment into improving customer service which will bring greater efficiencies to our work, and importantly bring greater visibility and control for our clients.

Following a five-figure investment, the management team at our Priory Park headquarters are currently integrating sophisticated software into our computer systems which will give us a complete overview of all of our work at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day.

It will be accessible by contract managers, staff out on site, and most importantly, our clients, to provide an overview of our work.

The software will include the specific details and requirements of every contract held by Green Commercial Cleaning.

It will allow our contract managers to remotely assign work and manage shifts, ensure teams have the relevant certifications for any jobs they are sent to, and be instantly aware of any new work requests as they come in, allowing them to act promptly and efficiently.

For our cleaning teams, diaries and holidays will be able to be planned at the touch of a button via their smartphones or tablets. It will also enable them to be in constant contact with our stores team, able to request any additional equipment as and when it is needed via their handsets.

For our clients, the system will importantly bring full transparency to our work at all times, something we believe is a first for our industry.

By logging on to their account, clients will be able to see when our cleaning teams have been on site, and when they have left. They will also be able to see all quality audits and health and safety documentation relating to the work we carry out for them, giving peace of mind that we are providing the service they require at all times.

Given the majority of our work is conducted when the people who employ us are not on site, we believe this is important in our work too, and a record of what we do for clients, each and every day, will set us apart from our competition.

It will undoubtedly also improve our efficiency.

Should we ever be hit by sickness or have an employee unable to make their shift, the new system will enable us to immediately alert all staff and find a suitable replacement – not just the first person available, but someone identified immediately as having done the job before and able to do it to the highest possible standard.

As always, raising standards is our goal, for us as a company, for our employees, and certainly for our customers.
